Third-Party Content
Please note that the games and content on GamePlay are provided by third-party services including GameMonetize and GamePix. We do not host the actual game files on our servers. If you believe a game infringes your copyright, you may also need to contact the original content provider.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled

Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
